Sweden: Malmö, Jönköping, Stockholm

After Denmark, our next and last stop during this trip was Sweden. We’ve visited three different cities there: Malmö, Jönköping and Stockholm. Since we wanted to chill some more before going back to “normal” life we were mostly walking around without any specific plan and laying in parks. That’s why we’ll write one post about the whole Sweden. Continue reading Sweden: Malmö, Jönköping, Stockholm

Copenhagen: Gardens and free food galore

Copenhagen was the only city in Denmark that we visited. It turned out to be a place filled with many wonderful gardens, as well as a safe heaven for people on a budget, who weren’t afraid to get their hands dirty and open a trash bin or two. However, we have some bad news for couchsurfers. Continue reading Copenhagen: Gardens and free food galore

Metz & Frankfurt: the worst night and a change of plans

Liechtenstein: small country, big adventures.

Liechtenstein. A very, very small German-speaking country squeezed in between Austria and Switzerland. Extremely easy to overlook and forget about. A lot of people don’t even bother to include Liechtenstein in their trips, but we decided we definitely wanted to see it after looking up photos of in on the Internet. Beautiful mountains, green hills and majestic castles overlooking the tiny country was exactly what we were after. Continue reading Liechtenstein: small country, big adventures.

Free travel: poor gays, but still on holidays

Budget traveling is not for everyone as it can be sometimes very pungent- simple as that. There are many different types of traveling: group tours, weekend getaways, RV road trips, event travels, package holidays and- of course- budget traveling. Some people want to have everything planned out: hotels booked, attractions and museums paid for; Others don’t care about the destination- the only thing that matters to them is the road itself. People can choose the way they travel based of the thickness of their wallets, interests or higher motives. Continue reading Free travel: poor gays, but still on holidays
